I pay $9.99 a month to play this game online with my friends and I expect total satisfaction from this service. You developers are made to serve your customers; we are the ones who put food on your table and meat in your wives' mouths. I demand a free day of playtime accredited to my account to make up for shoddy performance. I have had enough.
