you have a 60 shaman, try your minimum hit rate on even 30 rounds of combat vs a dex stack with fos

its honestly easy to see even in white damage let alone a 7 hour parse

and because trexx, you don't know how to apply yourself - give it a shot on P99 which is half of brads vision in 99

I'll ask you again. Why is DEX not used for melee hit chance calculations in the EQEMU codebase if this was a well known fact?

I am looking at the codebase that P99 is based off of lol. That is factual code that exists and is used in various EQ emulated servers. Why would DEX be excluded from the hit calculations?
