Only one owned by Perun. Server legitimacy compromised. Patched out of Trak's loot table soon after it dropped.

I have one of these from an event and have never seen anyone else with one. Was pretty nice before sky shoulders, but at this point the only thing they have going for them are possibly being one-of-a-kind here.
