Game Mechanics: Weapon Skill-Ups bugged?

havent had a problem with my lowbie alts but cant complain about faster skills ups. if you arent getting PLed and soloing blues/lb shouldnt be a prob .

I rerolled a warrior the other day because the one I got to lvl 11 still had 32 Defense. I made sure not to do quest turn-in's or group up, just solo, getting beat on. At level 8 I have 22 Defense. This is no good for a warrior. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Weapon skill ups effected. Not defense/offense etc. You're just got terrible luck.
