But that didn't happen did it? You have absolutely no evidence of damage to property or person in regards to the peaceful protests this week outside of the justice's homes.

Being concerned for the possibility would be a valid concern for a Justice, enough to force them to keep their family inside their home for their own safety. Same as the concern for their home being vandalized while they sleep. That’s intimidation. Fear is subjective, and I don’t consider it an unreasonable fear that an angry mob of people could cause harm to my family or home. You don’t have to explicitly announce “I am here to harm your family” for someone to be worried about the possibility
