I'm a bit drunk right now, but I have some kind of a metaphor in my head that sounds good (for now), but will be tomorrow most likely sound embarrassing.

Anyway,

If the USA were a body, then the Democrats would be the brain, and the Republicans would be the heart.

The body needs both to work properly.
And right now it seems like there is no communication between both, only debates who is more important for the body.

I'd say republicans are more the lymphatic system. Protecting America from Mexicans, Middle-easterners, gays, transgenders, reproductive freedom, and regular size bottles of shampoo.
