Yes. So if TMO was still a guild, then they could raid sky in the TMO timeslot. What aren't you understanding?

The guild is still there, without 3 cheaters, Zeelot, and a couple of the people you love to hate anyway.

Stop. Rules. Lawyering. This is why the rest of the server wants you guys gone, don't you get it? TMO disbanded. Ceases to exist. Stop trying to dig for the loophole. That's everyone's problem... too worried about following the rules without having to respect the spirit of the rules.

GMs will not confirm a rotation as they do not want to enforce it. They are happy that people have worked together to have this running well, though.

This is set by Precedent.

When Rapture disbanded they lost their spot.

When Full Circle merged they lost their spot.

etc.

etc.

etc.

Do like Europa if you are starting a new guild and like other guilds have done, form your guild and put in for a slot.
