I know this is a gains thread, but simple weight loss can mean gains too right? Let's open this thread up to more than gains, how about fitness in general? How about awesome skateboarding stunts?! btw since i turned off the n bs & started str training (my 5lbs dumbell is a lot for one of my arms...) ive regained like 70% upper extremities function and searing pain frequency has dropped precipitously. i think i would actually explode out one of my new seams if i had2 do a pushup but i can drive, do a dish & blend in with ables again. got so manic on my gains that i blew out my larynx training voice and am on a vow of silence now. -________- starting erg next week. seeing myself atrophied like this is horrifying (97th percentile body instead of 99 =/). i almost died but somehow maintained ascent during. i musthave a great destiny. abs will be more visible than ever before very soon. Any gains towards more fitness Ed allowable, more dkp for bulking points.

So my weight loss (was/am trying to cut from 250 to 2//ish before I actually try to bulk) has stalled out the last 6 weeks or so (17 weeks into a lifting program, I'm down 15 pounds). But I'm feeling much stronger. Was weak as hell, but all my lifts are up 30% (bench and overhead press are brutal for me) to 50% (I love squats).
Yay! Now if I could actually keep off of fucking sweets and back off on the booze a bit, I'd be making big strides towards undoing the last 12 years of not exercising but still eating like I'm a college track star. | ||

almost threw up on the ergometer this morning. grip strength measuring at literally 3.5x what i was able to apply 5 days ago. higher %gains than any nerd here.
