Data can be wrong, it's not some beep-boop precise thing. Different data sets have different degrees of reliability and robustness depending on methodology and sample size. Especially opinion polls.

Regardless of how you feel about Mr. Orange man. The fact that they can go after his legal team is highly suspect. What freedoms and rights do we as Americans have if we can't even have legal guidance? It's easy to watch it happen to someone you don't like and think "it'll never happen to me" until it does. All this signals to most Americans is that America has fallen.

They're going after his legal team because his legal team appears to have committed crimes-- at least, they have enough evidence to try them. Giuliani in particular was trying to get Georgia election officials to sign fraudulent forms.

Lawyers have to operate not only under the same laws as you or I, they are supposed to adhere to professional rules of conduct like a doctor or any other profession that has a licensing board.
