Bah, I'll bite. First, it was 6 deaths out of 6.8 million, which is still very good odds. Additionally, all six cases occurred among women between the ages of 18 and 48, which I think safely de-risks anyone in this forum. Lastly, they suspended its use out of an abundance of caution, so it's a moot point for now.
Meanwhile, there have been no reported deaths for the mRNA vaccines and they have administered hundreds of millions of those thus far (more than 100x of J&J).
Thankfully, you can more or less choose which vaccine to get at this stage, so if you are uncomfortable with the uncertainty around the inactivated virus vaccines, you have alternatives.
