Doesnt matter...if your character is MQ flagged it will get banned. Only thing I can say from this is that it seems that if Rogean determines that the MQ flag was not you (bought toon) or on a different server (EZ server for example), you will get your account back.

Desmo and a couple other TMO ppl can instantly boot themselfs off p99 while /q so they cant die. even if they have aggro they will still get booted from the server. Good trick i know. They are really good cheaters and i congratulate them on beating everquest 13 years later lulz
