Heck Ive built a PAAL kit house 1 day home builders course (for insurance reasons) engineered for snow loading. Tradesman for the elect/gas/plumbing everything else I did. 6months off work that I'd saved for and Dingo! a house.

Based on the thread so far and it has been interesting to say the least. That would be my prediction for the general housing shortage and the "A.I took mer (white collar) jerb" crew.
