Charter Internet. Southeast. Also experiencing similar issues. The site will be temporarily non-responsive, along with tracert issues. Random disconnects approximately 15 minutes from time of login. It has happened pretty consistently for all of today.

I can also confirm a similar issue. Charter is my ISP (South East), over the last 5 days or so I disconnect randomly through out the day (5-8 times). Often times during these disconnections I also cannot access the p99 site for a short time. The connectivity issues only apply to the game and the p99 site however, as every thing else seems fine.

Greetings. I also seem to have caught this 'bug.' I have 100% Connectivity and an average of 60 ms Latency, but for the last two weeks or so, I intermittently will go silently LD. My Net Stat shows perfect this entire time.

If it corrects in 5 seconds, it just acts like it was a DDoS attack.
If it corrects in 15 seconds, I go to black DC screen and am booted to character select.
If it takes longer, I go to black DC screen and am booted to login.

Nothing outside of the game seems to be having any issue. I do notice that when this is happening, I also lose my ability to browse this website. My voice chats in Skype and Vent are not interrupted. I am hoping for a solution soon. I have played since 2011, and have never seen this.

And oh yea, my ISP is Charter.

This sounds like its an issue with Charter ISP blocking p99 packets?

Or something?

I would make a new thread regarding this issue; for the folks using charter ISP that are having this issue.

Thread necro -

I've been having the same issue, Charter internet, SE. I've been going crazy with the random lag spikes / spell lockouts. As a druid, it makes quadding impossible.

Been having issues too. Sometimes it takes a few times of logging in, typing my password and entering, before I can actually get to the server select screen. Then once I am in game, and in a zone, maybe 100ms, but when I zone, it is shotty. Seems like half the time, I don't make it through the zone, it will just hang on Loading, Please Wait... Eventually, it seems I either need to Crtl + Alt + Del and end the game or it will just boot me to the login screen.
