You know something is up when Azreal and Holocaust members agree with the same thing on the forums.

I honestly wouldn't mind them removing names with vulgarity as they wreak of immaturity and toxic play, but elsewise leave damn names alone. This isn't a RP server and shouldn't have RP name enforcement.

Remove the Poopdick's and Fagina's and leave the rest alone. Seriously. What positive outcome are you looking for with your incredibly biased and unequal redistribution of naming wrath?

If your going to enforce ploicy, do it across the board and take on the worst of them first, ex: copyright enfringement and clearly offensive names. Picking on names that harm no one and never violated live rules will cause players to leave eventually. The purpose of project 1999 was to relive classic everquest, names like ililiIL were always present on live.

Blue pals are okay though right? There's some way worse examples of what people get away with but that's what was findable in the tunnel at 12pm EST. I'll look again later for some others. There's definitely no red/blue balance at the moment, and I'd say its much easier just to get rid of the Squirtyvagina's of the box than to start manhunting Gongshow and pals.

If we're trying to immerse ourselves then references to RL places, diseases...and phrases need to be wiped clean as well.

I'd be down with bringing justice to blue. Rules are rules and fair is fair.

I just want to punch someone in the face for banning names that don't infract upon the rules in any way shape or form but leaving absurd names that are a direct violation of the posted rules.

The complete and utter lack of consistency is sickening and disturbing. GM's directly impacting server health in negative way by breaking rules and needlessly harassing players over asinine and trivial stuff rather than working on any productive solutions for the players real concerns or issues. And then top it off by GM's themselves having names which break the naming policy rules, for maximum filthy whistle impact. Through and through dirty pool. Shame on you for this one CSR staff. Giant black eye for no reason.
