I think that is corret for Velious, what we don't know at this stage is what it means for older content

The last thing I want is to be stranded far away and have to pay a price gouged 1k platinum port to get to it.

Hard to believe that Velious is only a week away. I remember hoping that I would get my druid to 44 before Velious launched so I could make the plat off those Velious ports. About a year later I have multiple characters around the Velious level, can't wait to see this expansion I hardly got to experience back in the day.
