Look at the speed my character resumes running at. Unless I had bard speed it looks like it is packet loss and the server was catching up. Look how fast my character is running you fucking dumbass.

No it's called packet loss. Something between my client and the US stops responding and the network requests queue up, while I run around in game, then all the packets go through on your end it looks like my character has stopped running then resumes from where the character was last standing in fast forward as the packets catch up to real time.
