1) Easy to get to for 99% of people, less work for the GM
2) Special meaning to the Groom, as he is a Dwarf
3) It's mostly safe and the GM will be keeping it clear
4) It's a chess board. Marriage is like a game of chess, only one where both bride and groom win in the end.
