We have all been there this game is brutal and it takes a long time to do anything. I have been on both ends of this situation and I can understand both people. Alawen is a very nice person from my experiences. When I started out on this server, he helped me in every way he could and still does. When I have a question that I need answered, he immediatley responds and gives me the answer. He also guides me through different zones if I'm lost and don't know what to do. But... thats just my experience.
