I don't think a quake invalidates a concede. So vyemm may very well be up for many days or weeks. Cool and normal server with neat rules

Yes current situation is PS/AG, Euromni and AM have all conceded Vyemm.

Only Tempest can engage Vyemm legally however this would mean AM can basically pull a free Vulak while Tempest is killing Vyemm.

That's why I was wondering if the 3rd loot can be a bargaining chip or what the repercussions of a repop happening right this second with the Vulak that spawns on the quake owed to Tempest would bring to the elf courts.
