Actually shocked they don't.

On Live, the server GM's were ruthless and would openly mock after banning "big names" on the server for breaking the rules (hacking usually on Live)

Would probably prevent some of the bigger names caught in RMT from partaking, since we know online reputation means a lot to some of these people.

On live forum if you even mention another character's name you're suspended.

They could be hacking and caught on camera, but you'll eat the ban if you bring it up for discussion.

RMT'ing may have been classic, but so was getting banned for it and account sharing.

I know GEBs were $200 USD in early Kunark - friend of mine sold a pair

Prices dropped a lot I guess as the market got more flooded
