Considering that he has 15 backpacks open, and the items that are mentioned as being lore are separated, it's likely two different banks. It's all just copied onto one image.
And the OP for some reason made me remember my old EQ days. My EQ lifespan to this point is 6/99 - 12/00 on Tunare and 4/10-6/10 & 2/11 on P99. Full planar on both, but hardly remember any specific time on loot, except my very first planar item back on live.
So I went back and read some very old forums from Tunare, and this post is pretty much how EQ exists in most people's minds:

It's not the loot. It's the friends, stories, and strategies that got you there. I know the OP made this thread to brag, but in reality I think it's just going to backfire and shortly after he finally quits this game, he'll probably go cry himself to sleep on his big cock shaped pillow.
