as for lovely and his group that used these swords on pets to get all the gear they have, now that they are done , the mage he made he wont play anymore - and he will just use his wiz since its geared out and kill anyone that even comes within range so once your 42 you wont get any of this gear and you will have to deal with people like this full geared out people that cheated the system to get what they have, I have been gaming since 1997 - everygame i have ever played if anyone exploited in anyway they were reset or banned. I dont get how people are so stupid that they dont see the only reason he is posting this stuff is becuase he has the gear, they dont need anything anymore gear wise - if you look at some of his screen shots look at his int, then look at it grow in a matter of days becuase hes exploiting gear all of them - they will keep you from getting it. this server will not beable to do it without the stuff they used to get it - this has NOTHING what SO EVER to do with the fact that he used WANDS to lvl up, it the fact that they used exploits to get GEAR that takes along time to get becuase it takes alot of people to do it, and they all want it also, they farmed it with a small group and got everything they need - thats what this thread is about the fact that they used exploits to get gear now they want to share the expolit to make sure noone else gets to use it - leave them lvl 50 i dont care but take the gear from them. make it atleast a fair shot and make them work for something for once in there life, so they dont just run around like a douche bag saying im better than you at pushing a button have higher lvl spells and better gear than you in a gear based and lvl based game - then resorting to im better looking than you? kid come on - i do stuff in real life that you only sit here and dream of -

Sure Mages, Necros, wizards, bards and Druids dont need guard assist they have enough tools early on to beat others or get away. Ive personally seen half a dozen ppl leave because they played Clerics, Warriors, Rogues,Paladins,
and didnt have the time " to regrind the lost xp cuz they got CC besides the guard". Now you see a swarm of clerics, chanters, warriors and paladins all twinked out cuz the upper guilds need those classes for PvE.

I stated in a previous post that most of you are trash and have actually nothing to do with classic EQ PvP. 12 years ago most of you didnt play or played on blue. There are very few here that played on PvP from the very start.

Then again i must agree with Turmoil. Those who stayed and got griefed outlvled should stay on the grind. EQ PvP has never been fair nor will it ever be but there is another truth. Every old PvP Server might it be RZ, VZ or TZ had a group of people that choosed to take the server hostile because they knew the bugs and exploit or simply had the time to rush thru lvls and farm loots. On VZ this band of people didnt lasted long after the server catched up and most of them re rolled after the first year cuz they couldnt go anywhere without beeing gangbanged. This will happend here too...but much much faster.

Yea, the problem was that beta averaged like 30-50 people online (some of that number was probably multi boxers too) so it was hard to really test a lot of things...I never even got PvP'd by guards the whole time I tested and I had a level 50, and two 17s I think. There was one time where Cwall attacked me in Grobb but he was levitating up on a cliff so I assumed that guards didn't see him attack me...other than that I had no clue of this, lol. Kinda funny when you think about it.

We mentioned it...didn't you say you were going to have guards assist against whoever attacked first? That would at least be a good start, and having the true faction assist would be a huge improvement.

I'd hate to have to dig for the posts...and it isn't a slight against the devs or the server because the rest of us have adapted...but it did run off a lot of people. Bear in mind most folks didn't get on the boards, and yes...beta participation sucked.

OP is pretty incorrect - anyone can do what Lovely did by quad kiting all day and night for a couple weeks. He literally had noone in his range but Illi and maybe Darwoth?

Being a caster that can solo with no competition would have been enough to be first, the red wood wands and other shit are pretty greasey but hardly deserving of a wipe. Even with sword proccing pets you have to dedicate a fair amount of time to hit 50.

I was going to camp some wands so I could experience fast like Lovely, found out I couldn't and I was mad. However, just because he got there first doesn't mean hell have the upper hand forever. For those of you like me with a shit experience penalty just stay on your grind. The server will change in the next weeks and months. GLHF.
