A few of those additional things will help, but they are mostly fluff. Interaction on the forums like we've had this week and the knowledge that things are in the works is greatest importance, imo. If we could get classic resists, we'd be golden.

I don't know that the content would only last 3 months, as theres much more to be accomplished all around. Theres twice as much to do in kunark, and most of it isn't even raid stuff. Not to mention the classic stuff that newer players will still have to occupy themselves.

one cool thing people may not be realizing is half of the population at times are brand new players. imagine if holo/ff came back. would at least be 3 to 4 guilds once again. you guys want a pvp box, make it happen and log in. people overlook some major changes, global ooc is really wha brought me back, made eq feel social again, now we have decent xp and nilbog has been pretty active considering hes developing velious for release on blue and kunark for us at the same time. also a server GM has changed so those who had problems with the former should reconsider.

doubt those clowns come back,, they dont want to see red99 succeed,, hence the posts on eqpvp in regards to not coming back here,,.. their ego won't let them unless they completely reroll,, and we all know how great they are at grinding

but they're VP KEYD on their 25pop boxed server !!

LoZ was a lot of fun for PVP, pve not so much. That being said I still think 2 boxing would make this server so much better. More people would create alts, easier to start groups, no waiting around forever for a healer or tank, it woul allow smaller guilds the ability to raid and decrease the incentive to Zerg, item transfers, and much more.

There are legit points from both sides on this boxing issue-- I just don't see them allowing it but think the benefit would outweigh the negative result. After my stint on LoZ, it will be hard to adjust to the no box lyfe and having to wait around for ports and the like..

Put in simple terms.. no boxing adds to the grind of the game... they need to compensate for this...

Really I'd like to see rotating Hotzones like LOZ, once a month xp bonus weekends, something......... if they think they can just throw Kunark out there and keep the grind the way it is... I have my doubts..

I see both arguements, Hijinx/Nirgon.

Its true, you can always be buffed, but its really easy to kill people boxing. Esp if you have two people. Also, thats what dispel is for. On blue, even if there population wasn't quite so high, I can see why they wouldn't want boxing. On a pvp server, pvp is moderation enough.
