We need to work out a better sky rotation because Illuminati needs to get a PM time slot at some point. We wanna keep this clean and fair so whoever is in charge of this please lets talk and get something set up.

No one is in charge of it. To get a PM slot, you need to find a guild that has one and is willing to give you it.

How do you get added to this list? I seen ask a guild to see if they give up a time or something, but that seems like a really bad idea. If no guild wants to give up a slot and a guild wants to move up to sky. Would that not just be a race which would piss off the guild that has had the time. (but were unwilling to share?)
