Interesting fact. When Bloody Kansas was applying for statehood, the Democrats called the antislavery government legislature in Topeka an "insurrection" while composing a legislature of pro-slavery government of Missourian imposter residents on the Missouri border. They were pissed because Nebraska was enacted as a free state, and they were going to lose the stalemate in the Senate; Missouri compromise be damned.

“During the open-comment portion before the disruption, a woman who identified herself as a member of the radical group objected to discussing the policy with "fascists."
"We're getting organized for a real revolution to get rid of the system," she told the audience. "Any kind of trying to negotiate with any of these fascists in the room, on the board, is illegitimate." She then called for anyone "with humanity for LGBTQ people" to "get ready for a revolution to overthrow this whole system that gave birth to this White supremacy and this male supremacy."” - I dunno, sounds a lot like sedition to me. 22 years in prison a la Proud Boys? | ||

Fani Willis's letter to congress was brilliant! In the letter, Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis accused Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) of “an unjustified and illegal intrusion into an open state criminal prosecution” with his own recent letter demanding records related to the investigation and indictment of Trump and his allies on charges. https://www.documentcloud.org/docume...-jordan-letter Quote:

Elizondo, have you heard of The Epoch Times? They have turned up some information that I think you would find intriguing. They raise a lot of the same points you do.
If Mike Pence had to certify the election that afternoon, then why did his security team escort him to the basement before anyone had breached the Capitol? The security footage everyone is familiar with is all edited. When you see the unedited footage, which the Epoch Times has, a lot of people here are going to see some things don't add up, and I'm a liberal.
