so you believe that an invisible entity created man from clay, woman from clayman's rib? then the man made from clay was told to eat a magical apple by an evil talking snake. the clayman eats the magical apple and we are now punished forever because of a man made of clay being tricked by a talking snake.

sounds pretty logical and sound to me!

I can flip what you say just as you can attempt to flip what I say. Watch:

I can see how you can't grasp or comprehend anything about God and creation, it must be a very scary world you live in, having to go around believing that everything is random happenstance and that you only exist by pure chance. Oh wait, you were 'chosen' by evolution, since that's the explanation to everything.

See how easy that is? Oh wait, I'm not supposed to be able to do that because I have no ability to grasp, or comprehend anything you say though, cause you operate on much more evolved level than I do.

I really do feel for you guy/gal. Hope for your sake you're right about everything, sure would hate for it to all come down to the end for you to find out just how wrong and deceived you were.

Life is actually much more complex, and beautiful and worth appreciating when you take out God as the answer to everything. Evolution and life itself is an amazing, and complex process. Saying that we were put here in one day and that women came from the rib of man really demeans our existence. To say that we are the product of some bored natural super being that has an inferiority complex and demands worship is quite insulting and depressing.

Also, there are a few philosophical arguments that toy with the thought of no god.

William Grey says this:

1. The creation of the world is the most marvelous achievement imaginable.

2. The merit of an achievement is the product of (a) its intrinsic quality, and (b) the ability of its creator.

3. The greater the disability (or handicap) of the creator, the more impressive the achievement.

4. The most formidable handicap for a creator would be non-existence.

5. Therefore if we suppose that the universe is the product of existent creator who can conceive a greater being - namely one who created everything while not existing.

6. An existing God therefore would not be being greater than which a greater cannot be conceived because an even more formidable and incredible creator would be a God which did not exist.

Ergo:

7. God does not exist.

This was a response to st Anselm of Canterbury's argument.

The point that these arguments are completely philosophical with no real merit other than a slightly amusing thought to entertain yourself with for a few minutes.

The only two things that we can not explain are the exact moment life began and the exact process from non-living to living and the what was before the "big bang"(which, a lot of scientists are offering several theories, one or two saying that nothing was after the big bang, to others saying this is only one of an infinite amount of big bangs this universe has seen).

God's explanation? He just did it for the lulz.

In the dirt. Decomposing. Just like every other carbon-based thing on this planet.

Hardly so, you fail to comprehend the complexity of what I'm talking about apparently. I was trying to dumb it down for you, since you fail to understand anything else I have to say.

False premise, once again apparent confusion of genetic variation with physical conditioning

Again, you fail to comprehend what is going on here, can you please wake up and see what's going on?

Oh no! An unfalsifiable anecdotal story with no supporting evidence! Evolution has been disproved.
See, if this were anecdotal then you'd have something, but this isn't a story I made up, this is something that is very real, and very verifiable by not only that doctor, but by this man's family, and by his church, and his community.

The huge misconception that you have here, is that the burden of proof is on me to DISprove the THEORY of evolution. So, good luck, continue to postulate on the your theory, and laugh at real life situations. Sad life you have buddy.

you're stupid and arguing for religion just makes you look even worse. give it up, your god isn't real. the church worked long ago because people were stupid. people aren't stupid anymore. live in the now. realize that faith in the christian god is a justification of being ignorant, racist, and violent toward other people.

Your entire theory is based on a statement of pure opinion. Thus is flawed and again, irrelevant.

I'm done 'discussing' things with you, and any like you. I've done my part, and shown that you can't disprove God. There are many stories of God interacting with man, there are many things I've witnessed in my life that just shatter everything you want to make up, which is fine, you'll write them off as something I've just made up, or hallucinated, and that's fine if that's your justification for it all. But I know, that I know, that I know, and you can't prove otherwise.

Good luck to ya, hope you're right. But in the event you actually become aware that there is more to life than you are currently capable of conceiving, then that'll be a happy day.

You can call me stupid, and you can say I look bad. That's fine, I do live in the now, and God still works, and God is still present.

At no point am I racist, ignorant, or violent. But nice job trying to force that on me, and pigeon hole me into what your misconception of a Christian is.

In part, you're correct, but you see, there's more to man than just a physical body. Spirit, Soul, and Mind. 2 of those aren't physical things, yet you just seem to believe that there's only 1 of the 3 dimensions of a human that is relevant. Sad for you.
