Yeap. I still do heavy sets of weight in the gym. A lot of burst sets too. But high concentrated reps is really the key to make them grow.

I also prefer cable flies to dumbbell flies [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] So many more options and variations with the cables. However usually im stuck using dumbbells since they are often the product of a superset..

I only did cable flies like once in the past couple of months. I'm not opposed to them. I just don't usually incorporate them into my routine that often. Maybe I will start. They have great versatility and core strengthening potential.

I had a really good arm day yesterday. Triceps are stronk as fuck. Was doing 3.2x my body weight on the seated machine dips yesterday.

That's not me, just a pic of the machine. It's the only machine I can really do for tris. Otherwise I just come up off the ground.

I did a lot of concentration sets too. Ended it with 50 dips.

Real excited to be back in it.
