God, by being deemed tax free (by men) is simply a political instrument to confuse the simple minded. Skyfairy worshipers lack imagination and refuse to accept that religions are basically "nice rules to live by". Nothing more. Dont steal shit. Dont shag the neighhors wife. Etc. Good grief. The son died on the cross = The sun goes down on the crux (southern cross). Pleased to be leaving "god" out of serious political discussions. He just confuses you. Or not.

But if your talking like, single payer healthcare and free/cheap college. You can see Russia and all kinds of other countries with a bunch of sectarian violence pull it off. Russian healthcare sucks. But making it 100% private...basically zero evidence that would help. There's also not a lot of evidence that it sucks because it is single payer. It sucks because Russia is doing it. And we suck when doing healthcare too. We have good 1st world healthcare here -- so that's not a problem. The problem is not everyone has access to it, and we are paying out the ass for it on a macro level. Quote:
We gave the market a shot. And again, and again..etc It's not going to work. Single payer is pretty much inevitable. And it will probably be done by a progressive democrat 30-40 years from now when a lot of the current voter base is dead. You're not going to sell the boomer generation in their golden years that their lazy friend they knew in 1973 should get anything. He could have got a good job at any time!

The Christian right kind of took advantage of the spiritual rot in America. Getting people 100% committed to their narrow understanding of the bible and western values was a lot more of the goal than invading Iraq. But that's the problem with these political movements; they are easy to infiltrate with an actual political agenda. Some on the left have been trying some kind of stupid version of this. They get all new agey and start talking like were on a Buddhist retreat -- so we can what? Repeal the Salt tax and then raise the corporate rate a little? Luckily its not as powerful of an institution as the super churches down south and in the midwest were.

They govbois could leave Medicare intact. Start single payer. Just cut off ppl born after 81 from medicare. Subsidize the old carpet baggers and call it a day. No one has any real savings in this country though and they shouldn't when a few rabies boosters where billed at $78,000. The VA didn't accept it. Tho. Technically the VA isn't billing me. So.. Like wtf ppl.

![]() Ever think about how bizarrely coincidental it is that one network is far right while the rest are far left and none are moderate(or unbiased)?

It only takes one stupid thing to fuck it for everyone else. Plus only sensational confronting stuff gets boring peoples attention. We are happy with mediocrity so its normal. Politicians are vampire baby eater/fuckers headlines get more attention than Hey, thanks for caring about others by taking some time out of your busy days and reducing your "freedoms", even for those you dont like. Wait, what?
