Police have a culture of coming to a problem with their guns drawn, and that is not exactly necissary, a step back there is a good idea.
The video of the guy answering his door to the cops who had their guns drawn because of a domestic violence phone call and getting shot is one of the thousands of recorded examples that we can tone that shit down a bit. But we also need to refund our police department and invest in better solutions because, yea tasers are like pepper spray, occasionally good. And they, and we, deserve better. The problem with our police department is not unlike any of our governments problem, and any libertarian would agree what that problem is: It's easy to make beurocracy, but very hard to undo it. And the police dept. has its share of broken beurocracy, that needs to be "defunded", and then reinvested back into it, so that it can work well again. It's a mess, and it just needs to be reorganized, like any goverment agency does from time to time.

I'm perfectly fine with cops executing chronic child abusers and wife beaters. But let's codify it with legal kill orders coming from central command so cops don't have to get shit on and we can all agree it was necessary. Someone beats wife, skips bails, refuses to go to courts, gets out of prison, violent response to a 9.11 call.
Nuke the fucker. U get exactly 1 chance if you're that kinda asshole in my world. Even if all you do is throw a coffee cup at a nurse. Just die. I don't care if she cheated and your bloodsugar is low. It's a plebe mistake. You should have made it look like an accident and not involved the rest of us. Fuck it. Legalize public execution by assassination and privatize @ that point. If you can't handle that you shouldn't be doing crimes. Within two decades the world would drastically improve. No system is perfect, but as a species we should strive for it.

Yes I completely agree, but my original point was about the total illegitimacy of the blm movement and the resulting rioting, as well as the notion that bad police shoots are inherently racially motivated. Tons of white people also get shot by police every year, I can't think of a single protest or hashtag for any of them.
I could totally get behind a protest (NOT a riot) over an unjustified police killing of anybody, but that's fundamentally not what has been happening all summer. Jacob blake was literally attempting to sexually assault his ex girlfriend with her daughter in the house while she had an active restraining order against him, police shot him only after giving him a billion opportunities to chill the fuck out, and yet kenosha burned to the ground. No, fuck that. Fuck that guy, he was a piece of shit. He's not a martyr. And for his trouble he got over a million dollars on gofundme. This is utter moral confusion and insanity and that's what I'm pushing back against. I couldn't agree more that police should be better funded, so that they can be better trained and better prepared for all scenarios. But they are also volunteers, not in the sense that they aren't paid, but in the sense that they could have chosen any other career. Would you want to go and deal with a jacob blake situation, where you know you might get killed? Fuck no, and the fact that they choose to do it deserves respect.

Isn't there an ideology for people think it's cool and good for the state to murder people?

I liked it when libertarian meant you didnt trust the goverment and thought the police should get the hell out of your life forever.
