The artist Rod Stewart had an encounter with a trans person ages ago. He was interviewed about something else and he brought it up. The interviewer said why did you bring that up, no one would know if ya didnt. He said something about jot trans and me learnt something.
He didnt make it a negative or dirty. Honesty. Might try to look it up and link. Memory is bad to rely on for a serious subject.

Oh BTW I'm not saying concealed carry is dumb. Just my advice I won't give in a certain undisclosed scenario. I still like your idea anyway. It's better than nothing.

After you complete Krav Maga training?
Isreal would be interesting to visit 4 sure. They got a beech. Plus Lebanon, Cyprus, Syria and Turkey have some beautiful places if I can pass as a fake Muslim VIP I guess. Very beautiful ancient ruins all over. And palaces.

Petra in Africa. Greece...

The Black Sea.

Would definitely want to be secretly rich with about 10 boyfriends and good language skills plus some Krav Maga tho.

Man that part of the world is really beautiful. Whole world is full of gems for what it's worth, and for the strong and wise.

I had a buddy who did some Krav Maga. I heard it’s brutal shit, max physical damage by any way possible

I’ve always been a huge fan of martial arts and MMA. Did Tae Kwon Do as a kid, went to nationals a few times for sparring. Not all that practical in a fight, but some things like movement and low kicks can be useful

I never lost my kicks, have a vid of me doing some on the heavy bag at my gym I might upload sometime [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

BTW with the Netflix thing: they openly stated it was about money. If the guy wasn't Chappelle he'd be gone. That's how the letter reads: this is about money, following is our rationalization about why its OK besides that.

He runs a good minstrel show that Chappelle and is getting more views than anything else. Minstrel shows have always been very popular. And hes black so its all good.

He has a good routine: Make a racist joke, follow with some insight about being black, then finish off with a little racist quip demonstrating its all good.

I laugh myself a lot.

So what he did here was his formula with but with transgirls. Make a transphobic joke, follow with a touching story about how he had a trans friend that killed herself, and then end with a little transphobic quip.

It worked fine. One problem though, is he kind of implied black men are victims of transgirls with the insight part of the segment (it wasn't a joke, it was a statement to weave in with the jokes). Who do you think is killing all the black transgirls that get murdered at a skyhigh rate? Are they all white serial killers?

In general, the whole idea that getting called a turf makes you a victim is pretty softskined. Especially after just going on a big public lecture about real womenhood.

But whatever.. the controversy is what Chappelle feeds off of -- its nothing new.

What's new is Netflex decided in this one case -- their general policy doesn't apply. Its a demonstration that the trans community doesn't have the power all the other identity groups have -- despite the memes about how powerful and bullying the trans community is.

Yea we can get rid of Louie CK -- despite the huge amount of money there. Because white women didn't like him. Theres an example for just about every damn group except trans. So I don't think the trans woman that protested his presence on Netflix was being inconsistent (even if its not a great way to run a company). I think Netflix is being inconsistent here.
You should seriously watch this bit. I know its long but it might give you a different perspective into what happened.

It was not about money, it was about loyalty.

They already proved they dont care about money when it comes to Dave by taking down his show when he asked them to. They will do anything for him.

They are acting with integrity and treating their artists the way they should be treated.

Jujitsu. Krav Maga. That Russian one + boxing and kick boxing.

Also the bow staff.

I think that'd make you pretty formidable in close quarters. Always ez to get surprised and fucked tho. Winning the initiative roll is important.

Anyway fighting sucks. I'd rather not have 2. Or just be in the strategically superior position and have others do it for me. If necessary. Then I'd feel bad if my minions got hurt cuz I care 2 much.

Ya I agree. I think jiu jitsu and either Russian sambo or American southpaw kickboxing would prepare someone very well for a street fight, assuming it’s one on one. Having an excellent ground game is rather meaningless if you are outnumbered in a fight though. Then it’s all about movement and controlling the distance with striking

I personally loved sparring. Our school was notorious for always winning any state and even bigger multi-state tournaments. We’d occasionally bump into like an all-Hispanic school from New Mexico or an all-Japanese school from I don’t even know where at a muti-state tournament who didn’t know us, but they’d learn

Our instructor was insane. South Korea ex-military, 8th degree black belt. Used to beat us with bamboo, make us put on full sparring gear then wrap ourselves in trash bags and run laps around the park in the summer when it was 110 out. Just crazy shit that parents today would never put up with for their kids

My insteuctor’s son is the half-Asian dude with the hair lip in the photos, was invited to join the USA Tae Kown Do Olympic team because he was so good. I mean good to the point where the entire tournament spectators would walk over and surround his ring in rows and rows of spectators to see his fight. He would unintentionally humiliate his opponent. He was so incredibly fast he would spinning back heel kick their headgear off their head before they even knew the kick was coming. But he at the time was really rebellious and into some bad stuff that I didn’t get all the info about, and he never did take the opportunity

The white kid with me in the pics was always #2 or #1 with me. We were usually in the same weight division and no one stood a chance against us in sparring for state competitions, so we used to have to work out ahead of time who would get gold and silver to avoid an actual physical contest. We used to actually fight each other but it always hurt the friendship, and he was my best friend at the time

Rly cool story. I always sucked at karate and movement. My lower center of gravity and python like grip was always a surprise tho [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

This vid is a few years old and I was a bit pudgy then, but one thing I was doing back then was stretching. So I decided to do some old kicks on the gym heavy bag

The kick that hits twice is called the question mark kick because of the path it takes. I was doing it long before MMA champion Israel Adesanya made it one of his signature moves. After landing a good roundhouse body kick or 2, the question mark kick was a pretty much guaranteed first head/face kick. The first part isn’t a kick at all, just to get them to drop their hands to block, then snap the kick over their block into the side of their face

The spinning roundhouse there is just for show, would never use in sparring

And the back roundhouse is used, normally to the opponent’s head when falling back if they keep pushing forward with their attack. Have to be very careful not to Telegraph the back the roundhouse tho, which is why having the speed of that half asian dude in the pic delivered such results
