I'll bring some positives to the table. One, your highest toon didn't make it past level 43 before getting caught for RMT. Two, P99 staff gives second chances. Once you reach acceptance after the denial phase, you can reroll and start fresh. The server isn't going anywhere.

except instead of random anons its a shark attack of a small clique that posts here all the time. so he's doubly fucked.

I'm just gonna go ahead and say this, we don't ban people for dropping or picking up items, nor do we ban players simply for large one way trades. There is no magical alarm that goes off when these things happens, and to be perfectly honest, these things happen all the time, every day, without people catching bans. If your account was banned for RMT, then your account is in someway connected to a person we know for certain was RMTing. Keep up with your petition in the forum if you made one and answer the questions that are presented to you. I'm not going to explain why we respond the way we do to catch RMT. But do know that if your account got hit, while it doesn't mean you 100% RMT'd, it does mean there's a link between your account and a RMT seller that was recently busted.

lets say tunnel item dropper guy was an rmt seller and someone picked up whatever he dropped... That doesnt make that someone "somehow connected" to rmt'er then, does it? what has to happen for your account to be consideted "connected" to rmter? Or is that info that you cant give for security reasons?

RMT seller is not going to give away items. It is money to them. RMT seller is not going to randomly drop items.

Secrets already outed this guy as a cheat and liar. Move on from defending the OP. Sirken explained..innocent people RARELY, if ever, get banned.

As I said earlier in the thread, this literally happened to a guildie of mine. Same situation, only he did NOT get banned, he just got talked to by the GMs and apparently his answers sufficiently cleared him of wrongdoing. Glad he's not banned. Feel bad for OP but as Sirken did say, clearly they have proof of a link in some way, and there's almost no chance of talking your way out of those. If you borrow your account to someone who was RMTing even if they weren't doing it directly on your account, yours is forfeit. I've also lost a guildie for that and he was GUTTED. Trust the wrong person and you're just screwed, that's why no one but me will EVER log on to Plush.

maybe they know they are busted and trying to strip characters or quitting rmt/eq... in which case dropping items in EC seems like a high probablity. Why would you instantly assume one way or the other?

It could be as simple as you shared your account with the wrong friend...(see froovy gate for example)

I once found a suitcase filled with cash in the desert after a shootout between drug traffickers...
