Imagine being a passenger in an overcrowded bus, and the driver keeps crashing into a tree. Everytime it happens the passengers all decide to get out of the bus, and take a vote on who should drive from now on. Every single time they decide to unanimously re-elect the same driver. He keeps crashing into the same tree. The passengers keep reelecting him. This goes on for 2+ years.

And if you seriously have to ask whether things would be different with Agatha at the reigns, you are divorced from any reality that everyone else lives in. I will refer to Agatha's performance at the botb for a vision of how this will go for you.
