ok so i realize that a full set of defiant gear would obviously be OP and would seriously cripple the game.. but when i made this post, let me clarify here, i was referring to only the defiant weapons. i realize that most of you folks pressed the no button, but i maintain that an idea like this would be a fun addition to the game.

im thinking that the defiant weapon could be used as a template in order to create some sort of GM reward items, like perhaps a tradeable 2hander sword to be the reward of an arena tournament, or a shield or helm or something.

what i like most about defiant armor is how it scales to your level, making it not so OP right off the bat. thats just my suggestion, please add your hate posts now.

and what did you laugh about? focus effects balanced the game greatly, and AA's provided a reason to keep logging on.

There's a reason people keep logging on. And it isn't for AAs and focus items.

Can you imagine how many 60's would be in AOE groups mindlessly grinding AAs?
