Does anyone really think the Eric Garner situation would have been different if he was white? Cops are assholes regardless of skin color. I acted exactly the same as eric garner did to a cop two months ago after being stopped for jaywalking and I got off with a warning. I was pissed off and the officer told me that I should just relax and watch where I was going and make sure I use the crosswalk.

So yes if he was white he would've been fine.

Since it was not technically a choke hold (the victim could speak) it was hard for a Grand Jury to hand down an indictment as it related to the charges. The criminal justice system does work both ways.

As much as you shit house lawyers think you know this was less about police brutality or racism and more about failure of Police Departmental policies.
