you don't join a failed system.. you tear it down and start over or call it out and make it change itself. . i solved their boxing issue. They don't want to let anyone box..they want to keep it among those technologically capable...( which i am before you go there) and than minimise how often it happens..
Well the Gm told me he bans(30 day slap on the wrist) 1-3 accounts a day for it.. that sounds rampent to me..
