That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm sure there are valid reasons, but my guess is a lot of blue people with mid level characters will shy away from playing red.

a bi-directional service like this would be rad with a once per like 6 month limitation or something like that.

I think the GMs disabled it to lighten their workload, not increase it

Daybreak has a server that they transfer all the trainers, asshats, RMTers, troublemakers on. Imagine... Australia circa 1800. It's quite a good solution.

Red = the P99 equivalent. No boat back suckers!!
