That doesn't happen lol and no, there isn't just one high end raiding guild. Only one in sleepers, yes, but no different from blue in that regard.

The way I look at it; it's entertainment.

This is not a serious attempt at recruitment. This is more of a psychological communication test which informs the initiator on what they are looking for in a person.

It's actually brilliant.
