even though he shows up to raids, and does more work than some people who have more gear than him. i think its because most of these nerds running guilds and on loot councils throughout the history of red are the types who had never been relevant in any other mmorpg. they get their shot to be relevant 17 years late on an emulated zero pop server giving them a false sense of superiority and ownership over their guilds pixels. theres this weird mentality where giving a player a good pixel for 50 hours of work is "doing them a favor"

point being with a few exceptions, most people in most leadership positions in most guilds on red are to leadership skills, as elemtal's compass is to everquest pvp skills.
