Games and stories have a strange and mystical way of touching the child's spirit in us. They have a wonderful way of making the world a little bit better. God bless the game makers and storytellers.

Even though its not classic. I agree with a previously suggested idea that some kinda in game tribute should be put in that players can visit. Brad McQuaid's idea afterall has had a profound affect on all of us that we are here playing in a recreation of such an old game with such fanatic dedication. Where better than here on p1999 for such an offering?

The people who invented the first space ships were brilliant. That doesn't mean anybody should actually want to use them 200 years later. Ideas are limited by means of execution. Everquest has amazing ideas that need to be completely reworked in their execution, in order for classic Everquest as it was envisioned to actually exist and continue to be relevant as things have evolved.

What a guy...He and his team did what has never been done again. But one day it will, and he'll deserve his credit. I hope everyone here will remember, and be glad that the actions of so few can bring so much to so many. RIP Brad, your flawed genius like all genius inspires us all and plants a seed for the future.
