Kunark seems pretty depressing for a large portion of the server

I don't know what to say. If you want to "beat" the game join the biggest most poop socking guild and do it hard for a year or two to get the deep loots.

If you want to enjoy the game, kunark has a shit load of content.

I miss the glory of like 5 groups in karnors 12 groups in OT and 12 groups on DL and at least 5 groups in FM just the GRRRRRIND FEST in kunark during the heyday. EXP was BAD btw mega grindage I never had that bad of EXP on p99 red or blue.

3-4 groups on every wall outside Karnor's in DL!

LOL. Noob? I was in P3 and P4 betas of the original game, beta tested kunark, leveled up numerous 50-60 characters since then, many almost exclusively in kunark. if I'm a noob, you've never even heard of EQ.
