Trade locations are kelethin, neriak and hhk banks. While these places are generally safe you should probably watch your back.

all im sayin is that whoever comes over to r99. I, as well as a ton of others, will make sure the "high end" guilds dont hold spawns down to other ppl cant enjoy them. One of the most fun things is making a guild to fight the powerful ones.
