Probably "Parting Gift" by Fiona Apple... There are a few classical pieces that I'll never stop listening to as well, Reverie by Debussy and Lacrimosa from Mozart's requiem. The list of songs I hate is longer, though.

Favorite song ever, "Dopesmoker" by Sleep.
Here's part 1/7, you can find the others in related videos.

Close runners up are "Sister Ray" by The Velvet Underground

and "Thousands are Sailing" by The Pogues.

It's hard to narrow down.. I love solid guitars with a kicking' rhythm and strong bass.

But if I was stuck on a desert island with only two songs..

Pink Floyd - Sheep

Lynyrd Skynyrd - That Smell

I love all rap(with the exception of wayne and drake...hate em), mostly old school.

So its a toss between:

Tupac ft Dre - California Love

Cube and Dre - Natural Born Killers

and

Bone Thugs - 1st of the month

As many have already pointed out, it's impossible to pick one song as a favorite. So I'll constrain myself to a set list: [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Traffic: The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys

Steely Dan: Aja

GD: Eyes of the World

Allman Brothers: In Memory of Elizabeth Reed

Dave Brubeck Quartet: Blue Rondo A La Turk

Theolonius Monk Quartet: Straight, No Chaser

Santana: Europa (Earth's Cry, Heaven's Smile)

Miles Davis: So What

And yes, I like live, jazz oriented jam rock [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Same band, diff song. I have drank with Joel (the guitarist, and my musical idol) @ the bar downstairs. He goes there at least once a week when he isn't on tour. Great guy, met the drummer once also and played him @ some wii bowling but he kicked my ass.

My song =
Killswitch Engage -End of heartache

Amazing song, in every sense of the word. I have introduced so many people to the genre via this song, ex's etc. I made sure I found the screaming version (original) of the song, so the quality sucks, but oh well.
