On red, recharging doesn't work, items that allow you to escape instantly with a click (leatherfood raider skullcap, cloudy potion, etc) have cast times, and ducking during a spellcast doesn't interrupt the spell until the cast finishes. These things would make the solo challenge harder than it already can be.

Mac's just a red troll though. The stuff in this thread is great and can be very challenging even with these mechanics as they are on blue.

How likely is a necromancer going to be able to achieve at least Solo Grandmaster? I just can't imagine any class without slow can really get up there soloing.

Plenty more difficult than for enchanter and shaman I'm sure, but I think it is doable without clickies also. Zanderr is scheduled to PL my necro some this weekend!
