Thread for anything drug related. If you take the right ones, it will change you forever in ways you may not be very accepting of. Eye contact becomes soul searching, conversing becomes a chore.

See now you must be talking about LSD and/or shrooms because in college I had a phase where I did a ton of them and had a weird month where eye contact and conversation felt bizarre and too immediate.

They give you insight but if you take them too much it just fucks with your brains ability to pick up on social patterns

It always amuses me how many people that play games 5+ hours a day adopt draconian attitudes about drug use. Usually the result is further perpetuating BS laws that treat potheads like their way worse than drunks. Who gives a shit if the guy working the McDonald's counter is high?
I agree with Abraham Lincoln -- who said something like those that don't drink usually do so because of lack of appetite rather than some moral character strength. I don't have the exact quote handy because it's buried somewhere in Doris Kearns Goodwin's 800 fucking page book and you're all not worth it.
It's not all that surprising though. You give a person a chance to feel superior to someone else and they will almost always take it.
I do agree that we should intervene with hardcore addict parents. But I tend to think this way about parenting in general; that we have a way to permissive attitude about people just having however many kids they want and raising them shitty.

I used to think about it a lot when my supply was dwindling but I was mostly taking methadone which has a near 100% bio availability orally so it wouldn't have really mattered. I know people that swear by that ROA though I think they just like sticking shit up their bum for fun. *shrug*

Nah man, there is a huge cluster of blood vessels right at the end, it prob's just wasn't enough. Also I'd do a CWE on anything with apap in it, that shit can't be good to stuff up there.

There's a certain way to do it too, there's lots of write ups on a few websites I feel like reading. Not sure on time but it shouldn't take much longer than taking w/e orally.
