I saw this coming in 2013 for fucks sake at the very least. I felt it as I been disgruntled and was in the military long before that in order to deal with this exact situation from a position of power and authority. I changed my ways, but ya this is a long running thread and it's easy for prickly people with some spidey sense to pick up on it.
