Its the same argument assholes would make when gay marriage was an issue 20 years ago. Just admit you're an asshole, because someone being trans doesn't affect you or your life at all. Or continue being an asshole and 20 years from now you can look back and be like, 'yeah it was just a different time' instead of just admitting you're an asshole.

Comparing trans to being gay is apples and oranges. Gay men aren't erasing women's athletic achievement or invading their right to privacy in locker rooms and bathrooms. Or giving their children radical, life altering medical therapies before they're old enough to consent to such drastic procedures.

There are legitimate concerns about the trans movement that are totally independent of and unrelated to simple same-sex relationships. It's not about "being an asshole".

Other than those issues, it's a free country and I think you should be able to do whatever you want with your own body as an adult. And I don't think it's right to bully or shame somebody if they choose to be trans. You can hold both positions.

You should read what you wrote and hopefully realize the big bad scary trans people are not out to get you. Like you think there is a trans movement? what the fuck are you talking about? The only thing I can think of is those idiots at Netflix trying to 'cancel' Chapelle and the guy is touring right now selling out arenas because literally no one gives a shit.

Chappelle is successful therefor trans people have no power to influence institutions who are afraid of appearing unwoke. Uh okay. You're simply delusional to deny this is occuring.

You also sidestepped every point I made and essentially just called me a transphobe, great argument. I specifically said I support trans people, however I also support women, whose rights in certain contexts *are* currently being violated by trans women.

Trans people have no power because they cut holes in pokadot socks and wear them on their arms at work.

Dude these are your points.

1. Erasing womens athletic achievement.
2. Bathroom privacy?
3. Radical child hormonal toture

And then you say I'm delusional.

A trans person affects your life 0.000%. Its cool, 20 years from now you can just say, 'it was a different time' so you feel better about yourself.

Republicans like you all are so obsessed with trans people that it really has to be some kind of weird fetish.

I’m with you on the “be nice”. Just mentioning one thing in regards to this point. And that thing is this, which just happened. We knew it was going to happen eventually. The question is, would it have happened without the bathroom policy

I dunno, if my daughter got fucked in the ass in the school bathroom I would probably go to the police and then the ER to do a rape kit whether it was a trans person or not.
