It's already happening. Early millenials are deleting social media and going outside. Hell, flip phones are coming back. How this stalls humanity's virtual existence (the only way our species can truly survive) is yet to be seen.

i think a lot of social media will move from the www to usenet soon, really the only thing stopping it from happening today is client side
