She sued him asking him to stop rapping about her, which she probably had no chance to win but Eminem having already made his money from making art about her amicably resolved the issue out of court

I wonder why there wasn’t murder investigations on those other violent lyrics? OH RIGHT, it’s because we can separate art and real life

She asked for it with the intent for him to stop rapping about her specifically. I might be thinking of the wrong rapper, but yea lotta rappers end up driving around with illegal drugs on them and get busted. They are not getting arrested because a buncha white (racist, according to media) cops are sitting around the police station listening to every rap song in an effort to go out and harass/oppress more black people

You are absolutely out of your mind if you don't think the content of a lot of modern rap directly results in the loss of human life. Ever see some up and coming soundcloud rappers vidoes? It's like the most generic rap cliche bullshit ever, they're all pointing guns at the camera and flashing money and shit. Gee I wonder if that will inspire any young impressionable person to take real action.

I don't think that should be censored, I agree with unsunghero, but the point is that youtube's rationale of censoring things that may"endanger human life" is completely selectively enforced, along really predictable party lines. They have no actual principles or integrity at all.
