Just crashed zoning from unrest to dagnors training out a hag. Couldn't get back in for about 5 minutes

I got a disconnect yesterday while sitting around in EC and couldn't log in anymore afterwards. This happens from time to time (not being able to log in, I mean), usually I just wait it out for a day or two and it works again.

I'm still having the issue of crashing from character select. If the character isn't in ec, it always takes three or four attempts to log in.

Crashing when zoning isn't happening as much, but still occurs every time I zone in to specific zones (TT from seb, lguk, uguk from lguk, seb)

I had to disable texture compression and texture caching and mip mapping, and this all went away.
same thing happened to me Thul, its fixed now.

Tried this last night after I crashed.

Got a blank server screen 1st try and was able to log in 2nd try. Then after zoning from UGuk -> Inny Swamp and Inny Swamp -> Grobb I crashed again.

Seems like this didn't fix it for me :/.

Weird. I know when my router is under high stress I crash ALOT zoning.

And I also randomly get the "Your spells file is outdated" character in my character select screen... even though I've had the most recent one downloaded for the past 2 weeks and nothing has changed.

Which is annoying.

I get that when my router is getting raped by 3 netflixes and several downloads on tablets / smartphones. Comcast blows.

Yea I get the feeling it's just this shitty hotel Internet and I'll have to suck it up til I'm done with this place.
