You might be surprised how tame the whole thing was. We noticed IB was in Sky and that Noble was up and left totally alone. We batphoned, thinking that they would not kill it due to the raid suspension. IB went to island 2 or something, didn't try to contest it whatsoever. We killed the noble. Everyone left, and nothing more was said about it until this RNF thread two days later.

There really isn't anybody else to blame for what happened other than IB. Plenty of people had Nobles sniped by TMO (their participation in a YNYD agreement varied depending on how many nobles were actually spawning per week) and nobody used that as a justification for rescinding their participation in a totally separate agreement.
